Why We Give

At Stonegate Fellowship, we believe that giving is an act of worship and a reflection of God’s generosity toward us. Everything we have belongs to Him (1 Chronicles 29:14), and we are called to steward His blessings with faithfulness and joy. Our mission is to walk in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, and one way we live this out is by being boldly generous—trusting God with our resources and using them to further His kingdom.

Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:21, “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Giving is not just about finances; it’s about trusting God, aligning our hearts with His mission, and participating in the work He is doing through our church. When we give, we invest in life change, discipleship, and community impact—helping people know Jesus and grow in Him.

Your Giving Makes an Impact

At Stonegate, where generosity fuels mission, 13.5 cents of every dollar given to our general operations goes directly to missions, this ensures that the gospel is spread not only locally but globally. Your giving supports church planting, discipleship initiatives, outreach programs, and global partnerships—making Jesus known in our city, our nation, and the world.

General Giving vs. Build Capital Fund

General Operations Fund – This supports the ongoing ministry of Stonegate, including worship services, discipleship programs, missions, community outreach, and daily church operations.

Build Capital Fund – This is a separate fund designated for our Stonegate Build initiative, which is centered around three key areas:

• Gather – Expanding worship spaces to create more room for people to come together and experience the gospel.

• Find – Establishing a space where people can connect, grow in faith, and engage with our community throughout the week.

• Train – Developing a discipleship training center to equip believers, leaders, and future generations to live out their faith boldly.

Gifts to this fund are above and beyond regular giving and are an investment in the long-term vision of our church.
