Camp 2025

Each summer we pack up and head out to Camp with hundreds of kids, students, and servant leaders, for an incredible time of fun, worship, and learning about Jesus. We’ll be back at Camp Glen Lake with our SGKids and Lakeview Camp and Conference Center with our SGY students. Check out the following sections for more details and registration!

SGY Camp (Current 6th – 12th Graders)

SGY Camp is Sunday, June 1 through Friday June 6. Registration will be $425 per camper*.  We are heading back  to  Lakeview Camp and Conference Center in Waxahachie, TX!

SGKids Camp (Current 4th & 5th Graders)

SGKids Camp will be Monday, June 9  through Friday,  June 13. Registration will be $375 per camper*. We’re headed back to Camp Glen Lake in Glen Rose, TX and can’t wait!

How do I make sure my camper is in a room with friends?

SGY Camp (Current 6th – 12th Graders)

If your student attends SGY weekly, then they will be with their group in a bunkhouse. If they do not attend SGY weekly, in the Camp registration you will have the opportunity to request a specific person of the same grade and gender,  by entering their parent’s email address.  This will send the parent an invitation to accept the request. If they are not already registered, they will get the opportunity to then setup their profile and register.  They MUST use the code sent to their email to accept the request on the roommate request section of the registration. This is not guaranteed, but we try our absolute best.

SGKids Camp (Current 4th & 5th Graders)

SGKids Camp’s approach has several factors for determining who is in which group. Groups have size limits and are divided by grade and gender. You’ll have a chance to request a roommate of the same grade and gender, by entering their parent’s email address.  This will send the parent an invitation to accept the request. If they are not already registered, they will get the opportunity to then setup their profile and register.  They MUST use the code sent to their email to accept the request on the roommate request section of the registration. This is not guaranteed, but we try our absolute best.

Our goal is for every camper to have an awesome experience, and we have seen this best achieved when there is a balance of new friends and the security of some familiarity.

Registration / Financial Questions

What is the last day to sign up?

April 14th. As always, there is a chance that one or both camps could fill up before that date. In the event this happens, we’ll have waitlists going and will contact those on the list if openings occur.

 

When is my balance due?

Final payments are due by May 1, and no refunds will be issued after this date. Please reach out to the finance team if you need more time to avoid cancellation due to non-payment.

 

What is the cancelation/refund policy?

Consistent with previous years, we ask every participant to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50. This deposit covers fixed costs incurred, whether the camper does or does not participate in Camp. No refunds are given if cancelation is after April 14.

 

If camp is canceled by Stonegate, Glen Lake, or Lakeview, 100% of any money paid towards camp would be refunded, including this deposit.

 

Is there a multiple-child discount? How do I get it?

Yes! We offer a $50 discount for the second, third, etc. siblings from the same household. This is applied after registration by our Finance Team and does not require a discount code. This discount is removed if the sibling cancels their registration.

 

If you are concerned that your multiple child discount has not been properly applied after registering, please contact finance@stonegatefellowship.com.

 

Can I set up a payment plan?

Absolutely! You can set up a payment plan directly through our online registration system. It is a fast and easy process.

 

Can I apply for financial assistance?

Yes! We never want finances to be the reason that a child misses out on Camp. Our Financial Assistance Fund is available for those families who qualify. To avoid having to pay the non-refundable deposit before applying for assistance, CLICK HERE for the Financial Aid Application to complete the request.

Servant Leader Questions

Can I serve at Camp? 

Yes! It takes hundreds of servant leaders to execute both of our Camps each year. Even if you’ve never attended a Camp or served at Stonegate before, we would love for you to join our team. We will provide Servant Leader training and set you up to have a great week!

What if I have never served at Stonegate Camp before and want more information?

This is amazing and we want to offer you an opportunity to get information on both camps and get answers to any questions you may have.  That is why we offer Camp Serve Lunches: register for any one of these to visit with our camp team.

If you desire to be a part of your child or student’s Camp experience, we encourage you to sign up for the same Camp as them. Please be aware that you will most likely be placed in a different small group than your child / student should you choose to do this.

 

If you serve at one of our Camps, your camper will receive a $50 discount on the camp fee.  This discount extends to each of your campers and is applied in addition to the multi-child discount.
